Starting life at Kyung Hee

Official guidance on dormitory applications, off-campus housing and getting to campus. Costs and dates change each semester, so check the latest notice.

01ON-CAMPUS · DOMESTIC GRADUATES

Happy Dormitory

Thirty places each semester for Graduate School students: 14 for men and 16 for women. The term of residence is six months, and students in professional or specialized graduate schools are not eligible.

02ON-CAMPUS · INTERNATIONAL GRADUATES

Sehwa Hall

International graduate students should follow the bilingual dormitory notices from the Global Education Support Team. New and continuing students receive separate notices.

03OFF-CAMPUS · MARKET CHECK

Finding a place near campus

Compare Hoegi-dong with Hwigyeong-dong and Imun-dong around Hoegi Station. Check recently reported rents on Seoul’s official property portal before relying on an advertised price.

04CONTRACT SAFETY · CAMPUS ACCESS

Check before you sign and travel

Verify the brokerage and, for jeonse, review HUG’s risk and deposit-guarantee information. Before your first visit, confirm the building and route on the Seoul Campus map.
